Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website prosportstrader.com and the app at app.prosportstrader.com (together, "ProSportsTrader" or "the service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Who we are

These Terms apply as between you, the User of this Web Site and ProSportsTrader.com, the owner and provider of this Web Site ("we", "us"). Contact: the contact form.

What the service is

ProSportsTrader provides football data and software tools: historical results, closing odds, backtests, strategy filters and a bet tracker. It is a research tool.

• We do not accept bets or wagers, hold players' money or pay out prizes.
• We do not sell tips or predictions and do not tell you what to bet on.
• Nothing on ProSportsTrader is financial, investment or betting advice. Past results do not guarantee future ones, and no tool can promise a profit.

The service is only for people aged 18 or over. You are responsible for making sure that betting is legal where you live and for any bets you place with third parties.

Your account

• An account is for one person. Keep your password safe and do not share your account.
• Give a valid email address: we use it to send account messages.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time by writing to us through the contact form.

Price

The service is free of charge and there are no paid plans. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so in advance, and nobody will be charged without choosing to buy them.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• copy, scrape or download the data in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, or republish, resell or share it outside your own research;
• share your account or resell access to it;
• try to get around access controls or security measures;
• disrupt the service or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will warn you first.

Data and availability

Match data and prices come from third-party sources. We work to keep them accurate, but they may contain errors or gaps, and backtest results depend on them. The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may improve, change or remove features.

Intellectual property

The software, design and compiled data sets belong to us or our licensors. Strategies, filters and tracker entries you create are yours; you let us store and process them only to run the service for you.

Liability

We are not liable for betting or trading losses or for decisions you make using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Technical requirements

You need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

Complaints

Send complaints through the contact form with a description of the problem. We answer within 14 days. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also contact your local consumer protection body; in Poland, the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We will email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account.

Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
